Poland – Forestry services – Wykonywanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej na terenie Nadleśnictwa Lubaczów w roku 2027

The subject of the contract are forestry services in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – "Forest Act"), including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, nature conservation, timber harvesting and logging, nursery management, tourist development and maintenance of forest facilities, to be carried out in the Lubaczów Forest District in 2027. The material scope of the contract subject includes the summary quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, nature conservation, timber harvesting and logging, tourist development and maintenance of forest facilities resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Appendix No. 2.2.1. – detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; Appendix No. 2.2.2. – valuation of the contract value for individual works; Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment structure of timber harvesting in the forest district; Appendix No. 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and logging conditions; Appendix No. 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in terms of harvesting and logging; Appendix No. 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not available for mechanical harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology for timber harvesting (potential); Appendix No. 2.3.7. – information on the optimal variant of timber harvesting; Appendix No. 2.4.1. – potential locations for the care of forest crops; The material scopes listed in the appendices constituting Appendix No. 2 are of an estimated nature. The quality standards relating to all essential features of the contract subject are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Appendix No. 3.1. "Description of the standard technology for the performance of forest works" Appendix No. 3.2. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard technology for the performance of forest works" Appendix No. 3.3. "Description of the standard technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management" Appendix No. 3.4. Table of Parameters regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management" Appendix No. 3.5. "Description of the standard technology for the performance of fire protection works" Appendix No. 3.6. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard technology for the performance of fire protection works" The detailed description of the standard technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Appendix No. 3.1. to the SWZ and the detailed description of the standard technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management (activities) specified in Appendix No. 3.3. to the SWZ and the detailed description of the standard technology for performing individual fire protection works (activities) specified in Appendix No. 3.5. to the SWZ form the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the contract subject (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ). If an activity described in the above appendices is not provided for in the description of the contract subject (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Appendix No. 3.1. to the SWZ or Appendix No. 3.3. to the SWZ or Appendix No. 3.5. to the SWZ do not apply. The Tables of Parameters contain (separately for each Package) detailed information regarding the manner of performing some of the activities described in Appendix No. 3.1. to the SWZ Description of the standard technology for the performance of forest works or in Appendix No. 3.3. to the SWZ Description of the standard technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management or in Appendix No. 3.5. to the SWZ Description of the standard technology for the performance of fire protection works, under the specific conditions relating to a given Package constituting the contract subject. The performance of works constituting the contract subject for individual Packages will take place in the forest districts – appropriate for a given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). The location (forest address) of individual forest works within the scope of the Contract Subject indicated in the appendices constituting Appendix No. 2 has a preliminary nature. The location (forest address) of individual works within the scope of the Contract Subject will be specified in the Order, referred to in point 3.3.1), with the reservation that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.
