France – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Prestations informatiques d'ingénierie, d'expertise et de développement applicatif pour ARTE France et ses filiales

This contract is a multi-supplier framework agreement with subsequent contracts, for IT engineering, expertise and application development services. The contract is divided into 2 (two) lots: - Lot No. 1: Business development services on Java technology; - Lot No. 2: DevOps services, technical architecture and software industrialisation. Candidates may bid for one lot or for both lots (by submitting a tender for each lot). Each of the 2 (two) lots is multi-supplier (maximum 5 suppliers per lot). It is specified that the framework agreement will be concluded, for each of the 2 (two) lots, without a minimum and with the maximum indicated below: - Lot No. 1: Business development services on Java technology: Maximum amount of 7 000 000 euros HT (Seven million Euros Excl. Tax) over the entire duration of the framework agreement (maximum 4 years) - Lot No. 2: DevOps services, technical architecture and software industrialisation: Maximum amount of 5 000 000 euros HT (Five million Euros Excl. Tax) over the entire duration of the framework agreement (maximum 4 years) It is further specified that these maximum amounts do not constitute an indication of the budget of ARTE France and its subsidiaries but the maximum ceiling that the corresponding framework agreement for each of the 2 (two) lots will not exceed over the maximum duration of the contract.
