Switzerland – Electrical wiring work – N05.60 MP-230028 - BSA Grandson - Areuse renouvellement - Fourniture, installation et mise en service du système de supervision/gestion AR Onnens/Concise/Lance (ID 12064)

Renewal of the BSA equipment for the communication and management system of section N05. The area concerned mainly comprises the following underground structures: the Onnens Tunnel (600 m), the Concise Tunnel (1,412 m) and the La Lance Tunnel (335 m) as well as the associated open sections in their access areas. This lot "AR/Supervision" includes:

· the supply and commissioning of new plants for the management systems, which are connected to the new management system of the Canton of Vaud (outside the scope of the contract) and communicate with it,

· the development of the platform of the uniform section management system (AR-Onnens/Concise/Lance) according to its new architecture,

· the reorganisation of the control of the various structures in the IP section, which is limited to this section N05, by the section management system (AR-Onnens/Concise/Lance),

· provision of a virtualised environment for the provision of the web-based user interfaces of the AS,

· the connection of the section management system AR-Onnens/Concise/Lance to the plant control systems (AS) subordinate to it,

· the connection (exclusively) to the existing AS-VTV management systems, which have been ported and adapted to the new architecture (the work of porting and adapting the AS-VTV is not part of this AR/Supervision contract).
