In the context of the implementation of a central energy heating plant consisting of 2 heat pumps drawing energy from a geothermal aquifer and 2 gas boilers as backup/supplement, Dalkia is launching a consultation to have the Work designed and executed. It will be broken down into several technical lots. Given the above, the contracting authority, DALKIA, wishes to entrust the successful tenderer with a Construction Technical Control mission, within the framework of the works of all the structures and equipment. The service will include, in particular, the preparation of the ICPE files for the production plant. The heating plant comprises 2 heat pumps with a unit power of 2 000 kW heat at the condenser (ICPE 4735), 2 gas boilers of 11 300 kW and 700 kW (ICPE 2910). The energy plant will have an area of approximately 660 m².
