Fixed-price contract for earthworks, supply and installation and welding of pre-insulated pipes (turnkey) as part of a Public Service Delegation for the production, distribution of heat and the construction of a renewable energy production source in Poitiers Biard. The project concerns the connection of several buildings on the La poste site to the Poitiers Biard urban heat network (RCU) in the commune of Poitiers (86). 400 mL estimated. The contracting authority reserves the right to request tenders to present one or more mandatory variants, which will then be described in the Tender Documents. The services may be divided into a firm lot and one or more optional lots. If applicable, the lots will be described in the Tender Documents offer phase.
