Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TNW_Arch_KJF der Diözese Regensburg e.V._Schulbaumaßnahme Umbau, Neubau und Erweiterung, Sanierung, Modernisierung und Umstrukturierung des PRMZ in Regensburg

The Catholic Youth Welfare of the Diocese of Regensburg is the operator of the Pater-Rupert-Mayer Centre (PRMZ) in Regensburg, a special needs school in the western part of the city with a focus on physical and motor development for children, young people and young adults. The centre has existed since the 1970s and has been expanded several times, most recently in 2010 (new construction of sports hall and swimming pool). Large parts of the centre are now in need of renovation and do not have the necessary usable areas. For the school construction project involving the renovation, new construction, expansion, modernisation and restructuring of the PRMZ, the planning services are being commissioned with the present invitation to tender in accordance with the scope of services for building and interior design, § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 10. The contract will be awarded in stages and sections and includes the performance phases 1-9 as well as the special services of the inventory, participation in the application and settlement of grants, supervision of defect rectification in performance phase 9, preparation and creation of special building regulations for preventive and organisational fire protection as well as services in accordance with Appendix 2 - "Additional Agreements" to the architect's contract.
