The detailed scope, purpose, minimum methodology, products, delivery form and requirements for implementation result from the Subject of the Contract, which is Annex No. 1. • The contractor obtains at its own expense the data, documents, consents necessary for measurements and access to the site, and carries out the necessary field work, unless the OPZ explicitly states otherwise. • The result must contain a clear, data-based answer regarding the possibility of impoundment and stabilisation of the water level, as well as a comparison of variants with an assessment of environmental and legal consequences. • The remuneration covers all costs of execution, including data, measurements, travel, media, taxes, insurance, copyright and corrections.
