South Africa – Development consultancy services – Bridging inequalities through greener municipalities

A Technical assistance service contract to provide direct support, advisory services, capability and capacity building to 4 selected municipalities of South Africa focusing on smart and green solutions, enabled by digitalisation and the use of technologies. In doing so, it will support municipalities to achieve the climate targets as a country. It will help build adaptive capacity and capabilities in the face of climate change, resource depletion, financial shocks, growing inequality and poverty, in particular inequality in sustainable access to (greener) water, energy or waste management services.
