Description

This contract involves the delivery, installation, integration and maintenance of a digital multimedia platform for the operating theatre (OT) of the hospital. A digital OT is an operating room in which video management, workflow support, medical equipment and information systems are integrated into one central platform, with the aim of increasing patient safety, traceability and efficiency. An OT is only digital when both image, workflow and information exchange are structurally integrated. Delivery, installation, commissioning (IQ/OQ/PQ) of Digital OT including all required works, services and testing.

Explanation: The new hospital of AZ Jan Portaels is currently under full construction, delivery and move-in is scheduled for 2027 (Range: 15/1/27 - 30/6/27). The suppliers in this tender take into account delivery and installation in the new hospital on the Salyx site, a former industrial site behind the station in Vilvoorde. At least the following elements are included in this contract (non-exhaustive list): - connection - delivery and installation - connection and testing - device-specific adaptation works - documentation and training - service and maintenance

Basic contract: Purchase where new developments can also be integrated (right to innovate) without being disruptive in the investment approach.

Variant: Lease formula 5-9 (5+2+2) years

To make this transition possible, we wish to have the possibility to finance via a lease formula for a period of 5-9 years, in which new developments are automatically integrated without being disruptive in the investment approach. In addition, we wish to have the possibility to start repaying only when we generate income.
