The subject of the order is: 1) the supply of two disk shelves (expanding) to the backup environment owned by the Buyer, ensuring compatibility with the Buyer's existing infrastructure and meeting the minimum requirements specified in Annex no. 1 to the Essential Terms of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Equipment"), 2) the implementation of the Equipment in the Buyer's infrastructure, as described in Annex no. 2 to the Essential Terms of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation"), 3) the provision of a quality guarantee on the Equipment for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol without reservations, as mentioned in § 2 para. 8 of the Essential Terms of the Contract. 2. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order have been defined in the Essential Terms of the Contract, which constitute Annex no. 7 to the SWZ.
