France – Accommodation, building and window cleaning services – Nettoyage des parties communes, remplacement des personnels d’entretien et prestations de proximité, de continuité d’exploitation et de contrôle qualité du patrimoine de la SEM Seine Ouest Habitat et Patrimoine

The services will be carried out in 2 separate lots as follows:

-Lot No. 1: Cleaning of common areas and replacement of maintenance staff.

-Lot No. 2: Proximity services, operational continuity and quality control of the heritage.

For each of the lots, the contract is a framework agreement awarded under Article L. 2125-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code, concluded from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, then renewable explicitly from year to year and this until 31 December 2030 and for the following amounts:

Lot No. 1: Cleaning of common areas and replacement of maintenance staff

No minimum amount

Maximum amount over 4 years: 14 000 000 € HT

Lot No. 2: Proximity services, operational continuity and quality control of the heritage

No minimum amount

Maximum amount over 4 years: 4 000 000 € HT
