The subject of the contract is transport services for transporting children to schools and to extracurricular activities in the Municipality of Długołęka, divided into 3 parts. PART 1 The subject of this contract is the provision of transport services for transporting students to schools in the Municipality of Długołęka from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 based on purchased monthly tickets, taking into account entitlements to reduced fares on public transport in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1992 on entitlements to reduced fares on public transport (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 380, as amended) in the scope of transporting children on the route from home to school and back on all school days, according to the school year calendar 2026/2027 and 2027/2028, determined by the regulation of the Minister of National Education on the routes indicated in Annex No. 3 to the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ and the draft contract - Annex No. 7A to the SWZ. PART 2 The subject of the contract in this part is the transport of disabled children from the Municipality of Długołęka from their place of residence to educational facilities and return after classes to their place of residence, in accordance with the timetable agreed with the Contracting Authority, with the provision of care during the journey, implemented within two Packages. The subject of this part has been divided into two Packages, namely: PACKAGE NO. 1 – expected number of children: 48 (including 11 children in wheelchairs, 1 blind child) PACKAGE NO. 2 - expected number of children: 14 A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1B to the SWZ and the draft contract - Annex No. 7B to the SWZ. PART 3 1. Subject of the contract: 1) Transport of students from schools in the Municipality of Długołęka to sports competitions: - Towns where the schools are located: Borowa, Brzezia Łąka, Długołęka, Kiełczów, Łozina, Mirków, Siedlec, Szczodre, Wilczyce. - For most competitions at the municipal and county level, it is possible to plan transport dates in advance. It is not possible to plan trips to competitions at a higher level because: • their dates are not given in advance, • the trip depends on whether the students qualify for the next stages of the competition, • the dates of the competitions may change.
