[In accordance with SWZ] 4.1 The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for the construction of pedestrian-cyclist routes, cycle crossings, and the adaptation of traffic lights to the needs of cyclists in the city of Łódź, along with all the agreements, permits, and notifications enabling the implementation of the works for the following 17 parts: 4.1.1 Part 1 – Preparation of design documentation for the reconstruction of the pedestrian crossing in the scope of adding a cycle crossing on ul. Sowińskiego, 4.1.2 Part 2 – Preparation of design documentation for the construction of a pedestrian-cyclist route on ul. Pabianickiej, 4.1.3 Part 3 – Preparation of design documentation for the construction of a pedestrian-cyclist route on ul. Strykowskiej, 4.1.4 Part 4 – Preparation of design documentation for the construction of a pedestrian-cyclist route on ul. Zachodniej, 4.1.5 Part 5 – Preparation of design documentation for the construction of a pedestrian-cyclist route on ul. Zgierskiej, 4.1.6 Part 6 – Preparation of design documentation for the construction of a pedestrian-cyclist route on ul. Paradnej, 4.1.7 Part 7 – Preparation of design documentation for the construction of a pedestrian-cyclist route on ul. Tomaszowskiej, 4.1.12 Part 12 – Preparation of design documentation for the construction of a pedestrian-cyclist route on ul. Brzezińskiej, 4.1.13 Part 13 – Preparation of design documentation for the construction of a pedestrian-cyclist route on ul. Retkińską, 4.1.15 Part 15 – Preparation of design documentation for the construction of a pedestrian-cyclist route on ul. Pomorskiej, 4.1.16 Part 16 – Preparation of design documentation for the reconstruction of pedestrian crossings in the scope of adding cycle crossings along with the adaptation of the existing traffic lights to the needs of cyclists on ul. Tatrzańskiej, 4.1.17 Part 17 – Preparation of design documentation for the reconstruction of pedestrian crossings in the scope of adding cycle crossings along with the adaptation of the existing traffic lights to the needs of cyclists on ul. Konstantynowskiej, 4.2 A detailed description of the subject of the contract is in Annex No. 1 to SWZ and in the contract template (Annex No. 8 to SWZ). 40.1 The contracting authority does not envisage: 40.1.1 the conclusion of a framework agreement; 40.1.2 the submission of variant offers; 40.1.3 settlement in foreign currencies; 40.1.4 e-auction; 40.1.5 the reimbursement of participation costs; 40.1.6 the requirement or possibility of submitting offers in the form of electronic catalogues or attaching electronic catalogues to the offer; 40.1.7 the Contractor's on-site visit or the Contractor's verification of documents necessary for the implementation of the contract available at the contracting authority's premises; 40.1.8 the award of the contract under the option right. 40.2 The contracting authority envisages: 40.2.1 the possibility of awarding contracts for the repetition of similar services based on 214.1.7 of the Pzp Act up to 100% of the value of the basic contract, concerning the repetition of all parts of the contract in accordance with point 27 of SWZ. 16.7 In accordance with Article 257 of the Pzp Act, the contracting authority envisages the possibility of invalidating the subject of the procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it. The tender consists of the following documents: 15.1 Tender form – prepared according to the template – Annex No. 2 to SWZ (signed with a qualified electronic signature). 15.2 Contractor's declaration regarding the exclusion grounds from art. 5k of Regulation 833/2014 on restrictive measures in connection with destabilising actions in Ukraine and art. 7.1 of the Act on special solutions in the field of counteracting the support of aggression on Ukraine and serving the protection of national security, submitted on the basis of art. 125.1 of the Pzp Act, in accordance with the template constituting Annex No. 5a to SWZ (signed with a qualified electronic signature). In the case of contractors jointly applying for the contract, this declaration is submitted by each of these Contractors (this also applies to partners of a civil law partnership). 15.3 Declaration of the Entity providing resources regarding the exclusion grounds from art. 5k of Regulation 833/2014 on restrictive measures in connection with destabilising actions in Ukraine and art. 7.1 of the Act on special solutions in the field of counteracting the support of aggression on Ukraine and serving the protection of national security, submitted on the basis of art. 125.5 of the Pzp Act, in accordance with the template constituting Annex No. 5b to SWZ (signed with a qualified electronic signature). 15.4 Power of attorney/a for the person/persons signing the offer, if the offer is signed by a proxy (if applicable). 15.5 Commitment of the entity providing its resources for the needs of the Contractor submitting the offer, (if applicable - commitment project Annex No. 9 to SWZ) or another documentary evidence confirming that the Contractor will have the necessary resources of these entities when implementing the contract (signed with a qualified electronic signature). 15.6 Declaration of the division of obligations during the implementation of the contract (if applicable) – declaration project Annex No. 10 to SWZ (signed with
