Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Realschule Bünde-Mitte, Strotweg 19, 32257 Bünde, Erweiterung; Fachplanungsleistung Tragwerksplanung (LPH 1-6)

The Kommunalbetriebe Bünde -AöR- intend to expand the municipal secondary school Bünde-Mitte in Bünde with additional teaching areas and supplementary functional rooms, or to renovate the existing structure, as well as to construct a new single-court sports hall. This tender concerns the specialist planning services for structural design as a lot of all planning services. The objective of the specialist planning is to ensure the structural stability, durability and usability of the renovated or newly constructed building parts, taking into account the school use and the requirements for sports halls. The subject of the contract is the scope of services for structural design according to § 51 HOAI (phases 1-6). The planning includes the following groups of facilities: missing (phases, basic services, special services). The contract is awarded in stages.
