1. The subject of the contract is the execution of three periodic maintenance campaigns at the 4th level of maintenance for 14 electric traction units of the ED74 series. 2. The procurement procedure is conducted as an open tender in accordance with the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act" or "PPA". The subject contract is a sectoral contract. 3. Detailed requirements related to the contract are contained in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ, which are an integral part of it.
