Open Procedure for a service contract for the creation and updating of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawings and technical assistance for the production of CAD drawings and the management of "heritage" data. The service will be the subject of a framework agreement for a period of 48 months. The files will be submitted exclusively in dematerialised form on this platform where registration is done by following the steps described in the online user guide (help section).
