Implementation of a negotiated procedure with prior EU-wide publication in accordance with § 31 Abs 5 in conjunction with § 34 Z 1 and 3 Federal Procurement Act 2018 (BGBl I 65/2018 idgF, hereinafter "BVergG") for the conclusion of an open-ended framework agreement with a company for the procurement of the hardware and software components of a VoIP telephone system, as well as the planning and coordination of the solution change, including migration and documentation, maintenance and support for ongoing operational maintenance.
