France – Overhaul and refurbishment work – Pôle Aéronautique Jean Sarrail d'Istres - Concession relative aux travaux, à l'exploitation et à l'entretien-maintenance du bâtiment dit façade administrative

The concessionaire will be responsible for the following tasks, at their own risk and under the conditions defined in the concession contract and its annexes:

- The design and execution of the rehabilitation works for the "administrative façade" office building

- The operation, maintenance, and implementation of major maintenance and renewal (MMR) works in line with the total duration of the concession (40 years)

- The property management of the office spaces

- The financing of the concession
