The Kanta-Hämeen well-being area invites tenders for corrective dental laboratory work (corrective dentures) in accordance with the tender documents. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in Annex 1. Service Description and Annex 2. Price Annex. The service areas at the time of publication of the tender are the Hämeenlinna service area (operating points: Jukola, Ahveniston hospital, Turenki, Lammi and Hattula Parola), the Riihimäki service area (operating points: Riihimäki, Oitti, Loppi and Tervakoski) and the Forssa service area (operating points: Forssa, Jokioinen, Ypäjä, Humppila and Tammela). The estimated planned contract period is 1.11.2026 - 31.10.2030. One (1) main contractor and one (1) reserve contractor will be selected for the procurement. The contract with the reserve contractor will only be made if the contract with the main contractor ends for reasons not attributable to the contracting entity. The buyer is not committed to a minimum purchase quantity but will procure the service according to its needs. The procurement has not been divided into parts due to the nature of the service and the method of implementation. The service includes transport 5 times a week to at least 3 different operating points. A two-supplier model would result in unnecessary costs. In addition, centralisation of the procurement is sought. The tender was preceded by a market dialogue, for which a notice was published in the Hilma service on 11.5.2026.
