This contract concerns industrial property consultancy services. The expected services cover all areas related to industrial property, notably: - strategic and operational advice on all industrial property matters as well as the protection of creations and innovations; - the conduct of patentability studies as well as the drafting and filing of patent applications; - the filing of dossiers and the representation of RTE's interests before the competent offices, notably the European Patent Office and the French Patent and Trademark Office; - the management and monitoring of examination and grant procedures, as well as the entire lifecycle of industrial property rights (including the payment of annuities).
