The subject of the contract is structural design services in accordance with §§ 49 ff. HOAI 2021, phases 1 to 6, with phased commissioning. Various special services may also be commissioned if necessary. The municipality of Westendorf (Landkreis Ostallgäu) is planning the new construction of a fire station. The building is designed for approximately 80 active firefighters and includes a vehicle hall with three parking spaces as well as an integrated wash hall. The vehicle hall is planned with clear dimensions of approx. 15.80 × 14.00 m, the wash hall with approx. 6.00 × 11.00 m. The coordinated room program also includes storage and workshop areas, changing, sanitary and operational areas, training and administrative rooms as well as the necessary outdoor facilities. This results in a total usable area of approximately 950 m².
