The procurement of the products was requested through the Necessity and Opportunity Reference No. 10449/05.06.2026, prepared by the Technical Department UCC, Investments and ISCIR, within Electrocentrale Craiova SA. The technical requirements for the requested product are specified in the terms of reference No. 10451/05.06.2026, prepared by the Technical Department UCC, Investments and ISCIR, of Electrocentrale Craiova. The procurement of the product is necessary to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the flue gas desulfurisation plant in the technological process. Compliance with environmental legislation requires the continuous operation of this plant with an approximate consumption of 70 to 200 tonnes/day of technological reagent, depending on the number of power blocks in operation and their load. Clarification requests will be made 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders in the SEAP questions section, and the contracting entity will respond to these requests with at least 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, the contracting entity will respond to clarification requests submitted up to the deadline for receipt of these.
