Croatia – Supervision of building work – Stručni nadzor nad izvođenjem radova, koordinator zaštite na radu tijekom građenja, voditelj projekta – Rekonstrukcija i dogradnja Osnovne škole Novalja

The subject of the procurement includes the services of professional supervision of construction and workplace safety coordinator during construction, as well as the project manager for the reconstruction and extension of the existing primary school building: A.G. Matoša Primary School, Novalja, at the address Zeleni put 1, 53291 Novalja (k.č.br. 1783/25, k.o. Novalja), in accordance with the technical specifications which are an integral part of this procurement documentation. The contracting authority has published the public procurement procedure for the subject of procurement Reconstruction and Extension of the Primary School Novalja, procurement ref. no. 6/26 JN, publication number and date in EOJN RH: 2026/S F02-0006959, 26.6.2026. The estimated value of the works which are the subject of the construction project management amounts to 4,703,478.97 EUR excluding VAT. The works are carried out in accordance with: 1. Main Project, common designation JH-01/25, from June 2025, prepared by the Office of the authorised architect Jurica Robert Hajdarović Haidar; 2. Building Permit (CLASS: UP/I-361-03/25-01/000181, URBROJ: 2125-06-02/14-25-0018, from 03.07.2025.) issued by the Licko-Senjska County, Administrative Department for Spatial Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection, Workplace Novalja; 3. Executive Project, common designation JH-01/25, from November 2025, prepared by the Office of the authorised architect Jurica Robert Hajdarović Haidar. The project is co-financed by funds from the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, pursuant to the Grant Agreement for projects financed from the recovery and resilience mechanism, designation NPOO.C3.1.R1.-I2.01-V1.0143 "Project Reconstruction of the Primary School A.G. Matoša Novalja".
