1. The subject of the procurement is: Non-consumer operational leasing of 1 (one) brand-new specialist vehicle for waste collection, CNG-powered, with a DMC of 26 tonnes. The subject of the procurement is classified in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) under code 66114000-2 (Leasing services). 2. The subject of the procurement does not include insurance for the leased vehicle. The contracting authority will independently insure the leased vehicle. The insurance policy will be issued to the Contractor as the vehicle owner. Therefore, contractors should not include the costs of insuring the leased vehicle in their offers. The contracting authority declares a co-financing contribution of up to 10% of the purchase value. The contracting authority allows the co-financing contribution to be made after the signing of the leasing agreement, but before the contractual acceptance of the leased subject by the contracting authority. Furthermore, the contracting authority agrees to the payment of the first leasing instalment in the same month as the contractual acceptance of the leased subject by the contracting authority. 3. The leasing period is 60 months from the date of the contractual transfer of the leased subject to the contracting authority.
