Vaslui County is implementing the investment objective "Rehabilitation and Modernisation of DJ 242G: Vinderei (DJ 242C km 0+000) - Brădești", funded through the National Investment Programme “Anghel Saligny”, in accordance with the financing contract no. 3044/2024. The general objective of the project is to facilitate access for the population, goods and services of Vaslui County to the regional and national market in order to stimulate sustainable socio-economic development, as a result of improving connectivity to the national and European road network. The specific objective is the modernisation and rehabilitation to improve relevant parameters (increasing travel speed, load-bearing capacity and road safety) of a 4.220 km section of the county road DJ 242G: Vinderei (DJ 242C km 0+000) – Brădești, including the rehabilitation of the existing bridge over the Trestiana River at km 2+974. The implementation of this project aims to: increase the mobility of the population, goods and services of Vaslui County on the regional and national market in order to stimulate intelligent, sustainable and inclusive socio-economic development, as well as improve access to quality educational, social and health services, through the rehabilitation and modernisation, by December 2028, of the 4.220 km, belonging to the county road DJ 242G, which will ensure rapid access to urban areas and connectivity with the existing modernised road network. The subject of the contract resulting from this procedure is the execution of the works at the investment objective: "Rehabilitation and Modernisation of DJ 242G: Vinderei – Brădești", identified in the Technical Project and in the Execution Details, in accordance with the contractual conditions. Within the procurement, the works necessary for have been included: - OBJECT 1 - Section 1: DJ 242G – km +000 – 4+220; - OBJECT 2 - BRIDGE DJ242G km 2+974. ATTENTION!!!: OBJECT 3 - Section 2: DJ 242G – km 4+220 – 7+634 IS NOT PART of this procurement. For the rehabilitation and modernisation of this county road, the Technical Project with execution details no. 152/2026 was drawn up in 2026 by specialised designers. NOTE: Any reference in the procurement documents to a particular origin, source, production, manufacturer, a special procedure, a standard, a regulation, a brand, a patent, a production licence, is mentioned only for the purpose of easily identifying the type of product as a concept and does not have the effect of favouring or eliminating certain economic operators or certain products/services or works. These specifications will be considered as having the mention of "or equivalent", and the tenderer has the obligation to demonstrate the equivalence of the products/services/works offered with those requested, if applicable. NOTE: The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 19 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. To the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information have been addressed within the period provided for in the invitation to tender, the contracting authority's response to these requests will be transmitted at least 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority reserves the right not to respond to clarification requests received after the initially set deadline. NOTE: Requests for clarification regarding this award documentation shall be addressed exclusively in SEAP at the “Questions” section within the award procedure conducted by electronic means, and responses to these shall be published in SEAP at the “Procedure Details - Clarifications, Decisions on Award Documentation” section within the invitation to tender, the contracting authority following not to give course to requests addressed by any other means of communication.
