Germany – Hire of buses and coaches with driver – Erbringung von geplanten Betriebsleistungen mit Kraftomnibussen im Linienverkehr gemäß §42 Personenbeförderungsgesetz (PBefG)

The subject of the contract is the provision of scheduled bus services with motor coaches in scheduled services in accordance with Section 42 of the Passenger Transport Act (PBefG). The assumption of the driving services will take place from 24 August 2026 until the major timetable change in mid-December 2028. The contractor must provide the service itself and not through third parties. The contractor must possess a permit under the PBefG, which covers the vehicles used. It must have an operating base in Potsdam, including a radius of 40 km, to enable ViP to exercise the control function in accordance with BOKraft.
