Netherlands – Pipe fittings – Koppelingen, zwenkventielen, RVS reparatieklemmen en RVS/PP buiszadels (5 percelen)

The contract is split into five (5) lots. Below, each lot is explained in terms of what the contract involves:

Lot 1: Supply of restrained cast iron couplings

This lot involves the supply of restrained cast iron couplings for connecting pipes. These couplings provide not only a watertight and leak-free seal, but also a mechanically secured connection that can withstand tensile forces due to internal pressure, ground settlements, and external loads.

Lot 2: Supply of wide range couplings

This lot involves the supply of wide range couplings for connecting pipes with different diameters and tolerances. These flexible couplings offer a reliable solution in situations where standard dimensions are not applicable.

Lot 3: Supply of butterfly valves

This lot involves the supply of butterfly valves for application within the drinking water network for the purpose of regulating, controlling, and shutting off water flows. These shut-off devices play an essential role in the management and operation of the pipe network, as they enable selective isolation of parts of the network for maintenance work, fault rectification, and emergencies.

Lot 4: Supply of stainless steel repair clamps and pipe saddles

This lot involves the supply of stainless steel repair clamps and stainless steel pipe saddles for the drinking water pipe network. Stainless steel repair clamps are used for the quick, safe, and durable repair of leaks, cracks, and other damage to existing pipes. In addition, this lot includes the supply of stainless steel pipe saddles for creating branch connections, house connections, and metering or control provisions on existing pipes. These components make it possible to create new connections in an efficient and reliable manner without major modifications to the pipe network.

Lot 5: Supply of PP pipe saddles

This lot involves the supply of PP pipe saddles for the drinking water pipe network. PP pipe saddles are used for creating branch connections and house connections on existing plastic pipes. With the help of these components, new connections can be made in an efficient and reliable manner without having to replace existing pipe sections.
