The subject of the contract is the provision of services for current repairs and technical maintenance of official vehicles for the units of the Lublin Voivodeship Police. 2. The scope of the contract and the detailed description of the subject of the contract are defined in the Specification of Contract Conditions (SWZ), Annex No. 1.1 (list of vehicles) and in the contract template, which is Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The scope of the service includes: 1) current repairs – i.e. replacement of damaged mechanical and electrical parts as a result of a breakdown or other events that occurred during the use of the vehicle (this does not include verification of the scope of damage or preparation of a free cost estimate as mentioned in § 3 paragraph 4 of the contract template); 2) vehicle computer diagnostics – a one-time check of the condition and correctness of the operation of the electronic systems of the vehicles using a diagnostic device, in particular by reading, analyzing fault codes and operating parameters, and their possible removal; 3) technical maintenance (flat rate) - OT activities performed on the vehicle after mileage or time intervals, in accordance with the scope determined by the manufacturer, taking into account knowledge of available technologies, operational materials and spare parts, including: a) computer inspection of electrical systems with all settings resulting from the inspection performed, b) oil change with oil filter (without the cost of oil and filter), c) checking the tightness of the oil system, d) checking the tightness of the cooling system, e) checking the tightness of the fuel system, f) checking the tightness of the intake and exhaust systems, g) checking the correct operation of the engine accessory drive system (tensioner, rollers, belt) h) placing appropriate maintenance information in the vehicle (information about the oil change with mileage) and in the service book / inspections; 4) wheel repair – a set of activities aimed at restoring the full technical efficiency of the wheel in accordance with the repair technique along with balancing and materials. The contracting authority does not allow tyre repair using a string; 5) tyre change with balancing - a set of activities aimed at changing the tyre with balancing and materials; 6) wheel change without balancing - a set of activities aimed at changing the wheel in the vehicle without balancing; 7) wheel change with balancing - a set of activities aimed at changing the wheel in the vehicle with balancing; 8) wheel balancing – a set of activities aimed at the uniform distribution of mass on the wheel rim with materials along with disassembly and assembly of the wheel (flat rate). 9) seasonal (1 change) set of wheels up to 17” - a set of activities aimed at seasonal wheel change in the vehicle with balancing; 10) seasonal (1 change) set of wheels above 17” - a set of activities aimed at seasonal wheel change in the vehicle with balancing; 4. The following activities and services are excluded from repairs: 1) vehicle cosmetics, 2) installation of communication and audio-video equipment, 3) activities not related to vehicle repair, e.g. changing seat covers, changing mats, etc. 4) servicing and repairing the air conditioning system. 5. The list of brands and models of official vehicles covered by the service is specified in Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. Other detailed information regarding the description of the subject of the contract is included in Section IV of the SWZ.
