Netherlands – Storage and warehousing services – Externe geconditioneerde opslag van samples (as-a-service)

European procurement for the procurement of external conditioned storage of samples (as-a-service) for the RIVM. The procurement aims to realise storage capacity, so that the Collections to be maintained by the RIVM can be preserved under the necessary conditions for these Collections. The Agreement has a standard duration of 10 years, including any possible extensions, the maximum duration is 15 years in total. The Contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 (basic lot): This lot includes storage, management and logistics services, where retrieval takes place at box or crate level (or a similar level). The destruction and disposal of Samples in retrieval units is requested as an optional service within Lot 1. Applicants are not obliged to offer this service. If the Contractor offers this service, it must be carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation and regulations. Lot 2 (advanced lot): This lot includes storage, management and logistics services, where retrieval takes place at box or crate level (or a similar level) or at individual sample level. In addition, the destruction and disposal of Samples in retrieval units at the request of the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the relevant legislation and regulations for Samples, and the carrying out of professionalisation activities for (parts of) Collections at the request of the Contracting Authority, are part of the requested service.
