Denmark – Provision of language courses – Udbud af sprogstøtte til medarbejdere i Københavns Kommune 2026

The procurement concerns language support for employees employed in Copenhagen Municipality's Health and Care Administration. The procurement is carried out in accordance with the rules on social and other specific services above the threshold (Light regime) pursuant to Section III of the Public Procurement Act (Act no. 1564 of 15.12.2015). The procurement is divided into 2 sub-contracts and is carried out with a view to entering into 2 framework agreements each with a 4-year duration, regarding: ● Sub-contract 1: Employees with Danish as a second language. ● Sub-contract 2: Foreign nurses on their way to authorisation. The framework agreement value for sub-contract 1 is expected to be DKK 5,500,000, excl. VAT with a maximum value of DKK 7,000,000, excl. VAT for the entire contract period of 4 years. The framework agreement value for sub-contract 2 is expected to be DKK 2,550,000, excl. VAT with a maximum value of DKK 3,000,000, excl. VAT for the entire contract period of 4 years. Criteria for the award of the framework agreements are as follows: ● Price 30%, ● Quality 70%. Under Quality, the following sub-criteria are weighted: • Danish in elderly care 20%, • Progression and differentiation 20%, • Pedagogical approach 20%, • Company-based teaching 20%, • Organisation 20%.
