Finland – Repair and maintenance services of mechanical building installations – Oulun Tilapalvelut - Paineilmalaitteiden huolto- ja korjauspalvelut

Oulun Tilapalvelut -liikelaitos is seeking a service provider to carry out maintenance and repair services for the compressed air systems (air compressors) in the properties it manages. Further details about the procurement description, requirements, and the submission, comparison, and selection of tenders can be found in Annex 0 of the tender. The framework agreement will run from 01.12.2026 to 30.11.2028. The agreement may be extended by two option periods (1.12.2028 - 30.11.2029 and 1.12.2029 - 30.11.2030). If the Contracting Authority does not notify its intention to terminate the agreement at least three (3) months before the end of the main contract period or the first option period, the agreement will automatically continue to the next option period. All costs incurred in providing the service must be included in the prices offered, which include possible kilometre, travel, accommodation, daily allowance, overtime, delivery, invoicing, and office costs, tools, waste fees, and minor consumables. However, repair work will be billed by the hour from the border of the Oulu area or from the operating point within the Oulu area (travel time). The billing unit is 30 min. The agreement may also be used by other administrative units/business units of the City of Oulu that have the same Y-tunnus, such as Oulun vesi, Oulun Kaupunkiympäristöpalvelu and Sivistys- ja kulttuuripalvelut.
