The subject of the public procurement is the delivery by purchase of peripheral equipment: colour multifunctional devices and a monochrome multifunctional device, by type and with parameters, detailed in Section I "Technical Specifications" of the participation documentation. The peripheral equipment is in the following quantities: - Colour multifunctional device - type 1 – 5 units; - Colour multifunctional device - type 2 – 20 units; - Colour multifunctional device - type 3 – 3 units; - Monochrome multifunctional device – 30 units. - The subject of the procurement also includes the delivery of 996 units of SafeQ6 License Embedded Print Management Suite, 90 units of SafeQ6 License noEmbedded Print Management Suite and 2 units of SafeQ6 License Embedded Enterprise Suite, as well as the transformation of 100 units of SafeQ6 License noEmbedded Print Management Suite licenses into SafeQ6 License Embedded Print Management Suite licenses with included software support for 24 months on all current and transformed licenses. - Delivery of a Device Monitoring and Management System. The delivery deadline for the multifunctional devices, software licenses and the Device Monitoring and Management System is within 60 calendar days from the date of entry into force of the contract. The deadline for the installation of the devices, software installation, license integration and commissioning of the system is within 30 calendar days from the date of notification from the Contracting Authority. Performance of 72-hour tests on the implemented hardware-software solution including the existing and delivered equipment. The software support period for all current and transformed licenses is 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of commissioning. The proposed software support for the Device Monitoring and Management System is 36 months from the date of commissioning. The warranty period for the offered multifunctional devices is a minimum of 36 months from the date of commissioning.
