The subject of the order is the successive delivery of reagents, controls, calibrators and consumable materials for immunochemical tests (hereinafter referred to as the goods) as well as the lease of 2 immunochemical analysers, a sample sorter and 2 computer sets, at least 2 air conditioners and a UPS device and a water treatment station for the analysers (hereinafter collectively referred to as the subject of the lease) for the University Clinical Hospital No. 1 named after N. Barlickiego, meeting the description and boundary parameters and consistent with the assortment and quantities specified in the Price and Quantity Form, being Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, in accordance with the Offer Form, being Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and with the "Boundary Parameters" and "Evaluated Parameters" being Annexes No. 1a1, 1a2 to the SWZ. The Purchaser does not allow partial offers to be submitted. As part of the package, the Purchaser requires a full offer to be submitted, i.e.: the offer must cover the entire subject of the order in terms of both assortment and quantity. Otherwise, the offer will be rejected as non-compliant with the terms of the order. REASON: it is not possible to divide the order into parts due to the compatibility of the reagents with the analyser.
