Sorø Spildevand A/S will separate wastewater from rainwater in Ruds Vedby. In this connection, a new pipeline system with associated rainwater basins will be established, while the operation of the existing system can be maintained. The current tender includes the supply of personnel and materials for the execution of approximately 13 km of rainwater and wastewater pipelines with associated rainwater basins. The execution contract therefore includes excavation work in soil, including contaminated soil, construction work coordinated with the client and other pipeline owners, as well as pipe supply. This is a main contract. The total project is expected to be carried out over 7 possible phases with a 4-year horizon to ensure optimal traffic management from the local area and minimisation of inconvenience to citizens in Ruds Vedby. However, the client has the option, according to the contract, to terminate this and thus end the cooperation with the Contractor before the start of a new phase, i.e. before the start of each of the individual phases 1-7. The Contractor must have good internal capacity and materials so that any shifts in the schedule can be absorbed, and the execution schedule for the tendered areas can be maintained. The pipelines will be mainly laid on public areas, but the contractor should expect to work on private parcels with local conditions and it is likely that one has experience working on private areas. It is noted that the task is tendered as a framework agreement with two suppliers according to a cascade model. The winning bidder will be awarded all orders on the framework agreement, and the second-ranked bidder will only be awarded tasks if the winning bidder cannot execute a given task. The maximum value for the framework agreement's 4 years is 30 million DKK, and the winning bidder is not guaranteed a minimum purchase in relation to the orderer.
