Framework agreement with order forms without minimum and with maximum VAT per year: CAPBP: 200 000 euros VAT SMPBPM: 200 000 euros VAT VDP: 200 000 euros VAT Commune de Billère: 20 000 euros VAT Commune de Bizanos: 20 000 euros VAT Commune de Gelos: 50 000 euros VAT Commune de Jurançon: 10 000 euros VAT Commune de Lescar: 50 000 euros VAT Commune de Lons: 50 000 euros VAT Framework agreement renewable due to the recurrent nature of the services. This framework agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator. The contracting authority does not wish to impose any form of grouping on the award of the framework agreement. Consultation including environmental execution conditions (see CCAP). Contract duration: initial period of 12 months from 10/11/2026 or from the date of contract notification, if later. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 12 months. The maximum duration of the contract, including all periods, is 48 months.
