In the context of the implementation of a central energy heating plant consisting of 2 heat pumps drawing energy from a geothermal aquifer and 2 gas boilers as backup/supplementary, Dalkia is launching a consultation to have the Work designed and executed. It will be broken down into several technical lots. Considering the above, the contracting authority, DALKIA, wishes to entrust the successful tenderer with a G2 PRO and G4 geotechnical mission, as part of the work for all the structures and equipment. The heating plant includes 2 heat pumps with a unit power of 2 000 kW heat at the condenser, 2 gas boilers of 11 300 kW and 700 kW. The energy centre will have a surface area of approximately 660 m². Based on the geotechnical and hydrogeological data provided by a documentary survey and by archive data (BDSS, ADES etc...), the geotechnical engineer will provide the AVP phase recommendations for the heating plant building construction project; these recommendations will be in accordance with those defined by the NFP 94-500 standard. According to this November 2013 standard, the mission will be of type G2 PRO. The services may be divided into a firm section and one or more optional sections, which will then be defined in the OFFER DCE.
