Information on the receipt of clarification requests and the transmission of responses to clarification requests: After the publication of the participation notice, tenderers may submit clarification requests to the section Procedure Details/Questions. Responses to clarification requests are provided in accordance with art 160-161 of Law 98/2016. -The number of days within which clarification requests can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders is 22 days. -The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all clarification requests by the 15th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. A framework agreement for the provision of services will be concluded for each of the 2 lots within the procedure. - Lot 1 - Local services in the LEO Low Earth Orbit satellite network - Lot 2 - Global services in the LEO Low Earth Orbit satellite network Estimated framework agreement value (lei excl. VAT): min 1.059.311,00 / max 5.315.277,00. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: in principle two or three per year. Estimated framework agreement quantities: - Lot 1 - Local services in the LEO satellite network: min 98 subscriptions/max 766 subscriptions - Lot 2 - Global services in the LEO satellite network: min 123 subscriptions/max 569 subscriptions. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the framework agreement: - Lot 1 - Local services in the LEO satellite network: min 1 subscription/max 100 subscriptions - Lot 2 - Global services in the LEO satellite network: min 1 subscription/max 100 subscriptions. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract that is anticipated to be awarded cf. art. 20 para. 8 lit. g) of HG 395/2016 is: - Lot 1 - Local services in the LEO Low Earth Orbit satellite network - 132.700,00 lei excl.
