The subject of the contract involves the separate collection and transport of household waste and similar waste from commercial, industrial and institutional activities, including separately collected fractions in an estimated annual quantity of 4,386.24 tonnes/year. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160, paragraph (1) of Law No. 98/2016, any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, while respecting the deadline set by the contracting authority. The Contracting Authority (AC) will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests that have been submitted by the 16th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders, no later than the 10th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
