Scope of the contract: The subject of the contract is the provision of property protection and cleanliness maintenance services at the MPO Spółka z o. o. premises in Kraków. The subject of the contract is described in the annexes: 1) property protection - annex 1a) to SWZ; 2) cleanliness maintenance - annex 1b) to SWZ. 2. Place of service provision: 1) MPO Spółka z o.o. base at ul. Nowohuckiej 1 in Kraków; 2) Waste Collection Point Lamusownia; 3) MPO Spółka z o.o. base at ul. Barskiej 12 in Kraków; 4) Barycz Ecological Centre at ul. Krzemienieckiej 40 in Kraków; 5) Municipal Waste Recycling Centre at ul. Igołomskiej 17a in Kraków. 3. Contract performance period: 12 months from the date of signature of the contract - with the reservation of changes, as mentioned in annex 2 to SWZ. 4. Employment under a contract of employment: The contracting authority requires that the contractor or subcontractor employs, under an employment contract, all persons who will perform tasks related to property protection (including the operation of the monitoring system and fire safety system) and cleanliness maintenance. The contracting authority will verify employment by the contractor or subcontractor during the contract performance period, according to the rules specified in the contract project constituting annex 2 to SWZ.
