France – Installation services of fire protection equipment – Vérification règlementaire des installations et des équipements de protection contre l’incendie des bâtiments communaux de la Ville de Lille et ses communes associées et des CCAS associées

The present consultation is conducted by open tender in accordance with Articles R.2124-2 and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP). The verification services, divided into 3 lots, will be the subject of a single-attribute framework agreement with order forms with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 2° of the Public Procurement Code. The consultation is conducted in accordance with Articles L2113-6 to L2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code within the framework of the purchasing group LA VILLE DE LILLE ET LES 3 CCAS, for which the Ville de Lille entity ensures coordination on behalf of and for the account of the following members: C.C.A.S DE LILLE: Place Augustin Laurent CS 30667 59033 Lille cedex https://www.lille.fr//; C.C.A.S. The present framework agreement concerns the services relating to the regulatory verification of the fire protection installations and equipment of the municipal buildings of the Ville de Lille and its associated communes and the CCAS mentioned. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 12 months, renewable three times tacitly for the same period, without the framework agreement being able to exceed 48 months. The execution deadlines are provided for in the CCAP. The prices will be reviewable under the conditions provided for in the CCAP.
