Bulgaria – Maintenance and repair of information technology equipment – „Осигуряване на извънгаранционна хардуерна поддръжка на споделен дисков масив Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPЕ) MSA 2060 от производителя за нуждите на Министерството на енергетиката(МЕ)”

The public procurement contract includes activities to ensure out-of-warranty hardware maintenance for a shared disk array Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) MSA 2060 for the needs of the Ministry of Energy, for a period until 03.02.2028. The participant in the public procurement must be the manufacturer or properly authorized by the manufacturer, or an official representative with the right to distribute/deliver and provide the offered services on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria; The participant in the public procurement proves their compliance with the requirement by submitting an authorization letter or another equivalent document, issued by the manufacturer or by an official representative in Bulgarian or accompanied by a translation into Bulgarian in their Technical Proposal. In cases where the participant in the public procurement submits an authorization letter from an official representative of the manufacturer (or equivalent document), the tender also includes an authorization letter issued by the manufacturer (or equivalent document in Bulgarian or accompanied by a translation into Bulgarian), authorizing the official representative of the manufacturer to provide authorization to third parties.
