France – Auditing services – Prestations de contrôle de régularité de la commande publique des opérations financées par le Fonds Européen Agricole pour le Développement Rural (FEADER) 2023-2027

This is a framework agreement in accordance with articles R. 2162-2 and following of the Public Procurement Code, concluded with two economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of compliant tenders). The framework agreement sets out all the contractual terms and will be executed as orders are issued in the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The terms for issuing orders are set out in the CCAP.
