Czechia – X-ray devices – Dodávka stacionárního digitálního skiagrafického RTG zařízení pro provozy ZZMS

The subject of the public contract is the supply of 3 stationary X-ray RTG devices with direct digitalisation and floor stand, according to the Technical Specification, which is Annex No. 1 of the Contract, which is Annex No. 1 of this tender documentation. The contracting authority further requests the dismantling and disposal of existing devices, provision of service support and repairs including supply of spare parts for a minimum period of 24 months and free performance of safety technical controls according to Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices, or in vitro medical devices, in the valid wording, which are essential for the operation of this equipment. Further performance of all prescribed or recommended checks and revisions including the issuance of protocols (both by the manufacturer and the service organization or legal regulations) so that the medical device meets the conditions set out in Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices, or in vitro medical devices in the valid wording. If consumable material is required for the performance of safety technical controls or any other prescribed tests, it is always part of the performance of these controls, and therefore cannot be invoiced separately. The last safety technical controls must be performed by the supplier no later than 1 calendar month before the expiry of the warranty period. The contracting authority further requests that the participant submits a proposal for a Service Agreement for post-warranty service for a period of 48 months for all devices. The contract must include: - the price per hour of technician's work, - the price for BTK - travel expenses. The location of the supplied equipment will be implemented by the Contracting Authority according to the project documentation created by the Supplier, always for individual places of fulfilment. Described in detail in Annex No. 2 of the Contract - Specification. The contracting authority requests the loan of a mobile RTG to all operations for the duration of the contract performance, see annexes to this tender documentation.
