The subject of the contract is the supply of fish in 2027 (warehouses in Grudziądz, Grupa, Chełmno and Brodnica), in accordance with the standards, quantities and requirements indicated by the Buyer, and on the terms specified by the Buyer. Description and number of contract lots: Number of tasks: 1 Task No. 1/1: Supply of fish in 2027 (warehouses in Grudziądz, Grupa, Chełmno and Brodnica). The Buyer does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers within the framework of the procurement procedure. Delivery locations - warehouses are located at: warehouse - ul. Bema 2, 86-300 Grudziądz warehouse - ul. Jagiełły 6, 86-300 Grudziądz warehouse - ul. Dworcowa 6A, 86-134 Grupa warehouse - Al. 3-go Maja 4, 86-200 Chełmno warehouse - ul. Czwartaków 1, 87-300 Brodnica The subject of the contract must meet the requirements in accordance with the applicable food law, in particular, inter alia: 1) Act of 25 August 2006 on food and feed safety (Dz.U. z 2023 r., poz. 1448 z późn.zm.); 2) Act of 21 December 2000 on the commercial quality of agricultural and food products (Dz.U. z 2023 r. poz. 1980 z późn.zm.) 3) Act of 16 December 2005 on products of animal origin (Dz.U. z 2023 r., poz. 872, z późn.zm.); 4) Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin (OJ EU L 139, p.55 of 30.04.2004 r. z późn.zm.); 5) Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs (OJ EU L 139, p. 1 of 30.04.2004 r. z późn.zm.); 6) Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January 2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety (OJ EU L 31, p. 1 of 1 February 2002 r. z późn.zm.). The subject of the contract will be delivered in packages marked in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of 23 December 2014 on the marking of individual types of foodstuffs (Dz.U. z 2015 r., poz. 29 z późn.zm.) and Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC (OJ EU L 2004.338.4 z późn.zm.), as well as the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and feed safety (Dz. U. z 2023 r., poz. 1448 z późn.zm.). The packaging must contain at least the information indicated in the contract documentation. The Buyer does not allow the use of substitute packaging for food products during the implementation of this contract.
