Description

The subject of the contract includes the supply of a brand-new, medium-sized fire and rescue vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Department in Dawidy, produced no earlier than 2026. The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish regulations: - on road traffic, including requirements for privileged vehicles, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997 on Road Traffic (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047, as amended) together with the implementing regulations to the Act. - The Regulation of the Ministers: of the Interior and Administration, National Defense, Finance and Justice of 22 March 2019 on special vehicles and those used for special purposes by the Police, Internal Security Agency, Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, Border Guard, State Protection Service, National Revenue Administration, Prison Service and fire service (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 594) On the day of actual acceptance, the appropriate certificate of technical tests carried out for special vehicles must be presented. The estimated conditions of the contract have been defined in Annex 1 to the SWZ - "Technical requirements for a medium-sized fire and rescue vehicle for the needs of the Volunteer Fire Department in Dawidy" In accordance with Article 257(1) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to invalidate the subject matter of the procedure if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted.
