Germany – Repair and maintenance services of security and defence materials – BG_1645_EU/26 - Werksinstandsetzung von VORHOLER, WAFFENROH des Systems KPz Leopard 2 Familie

The contract covers the overhaul of the VORHOLER, WAFFENROH of the KPz Leopard 2 family system. Bidders must take into account when submitting their tenders that the information on the respective lots is derived solely from historical values and estimated requirements, and may include any additional requirements (safety margin). The actual orders placed during the contract period may deviate in terms of the quantities required for the respective supply numbers contained in a lot. In any case, the upper limit for the respective order is the total quantity (estimated requirement + safety margin) summarized in the relevant lot. This contract does not obligate the AG to place individual orders. The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends on 31.12.2028. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement may be terminated by a special termination right. Furthermore, the contracting authority reserves the right to optionally extend the framework agreement until 31.12.2029.
