Creation of a standardised model room book as a planning basis for internal and external construction and specialist planning for construction and renovation projects of the Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). The subject of the tendered service is the conception, structuring and creation of a standardised model room book as a binding planning basis for internal specialist departments and external planning participants. The model room book serves to standardise planning requirements, to define structural and technical standards, and to specify overarching planning principles. It is intended to enable a consistent, economical and quality-assured implementation of future construction and renovation projects. In addition to the model room book, implementation guidelines for the cost groups (KG) 300 and 400 trades are to be created ("Guidelines for Construction Standards"). The Guidelines for Construction Standards will specify the requirements that are not project-specific and can generally be predefined for a wide range of future projects. In follow-up projects, planning can then focus on project-specific requirements. This is intended to increase the efficiency of planning in follow-up projects and reduce the risk of planning deficiencies. The model room book and the Guidelines for Construction Standards will be part of the tender documents for future object and specialist planning tenders. This ensures that in future tenders, the competition will not be distorted if the planning office of the present tender participates.
