Purchase and delivery of 2 portable gamma-neutron radiation spectrometers for the Border Guard Station Warsaw-Okęcie. As part of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) deliver and commission the devices, as specified in the OPZ, and all necessary actions for the correct and fault-free operation of the devices at their place of use; 2) provide a warranty under the terms set out in the Contract, including carrying out technical inspections in accordance with the Contract and the manufacturer's recommendations as specified in the technical documentation, but no less frequently than every six months during the warranty period; 3) conduct trainer training for a maximum of 5 Border Guard officers designated by the Contracting Authority and the User in the proper operation and use of the devices. Training participants must acquire the skills to independently conduct on-the-job training for new device operators in the proper operation and use of the devices, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and the operating instructions; 4) update the software and built-in application during the warranty period, in the event that the manufacturer introduces new software and built-in application or their new versions. The OPZ is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the PPU constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
