Romania – Urban planning services – Servicii de urbanism “ Plan Urbanistic Zonal (PUZ) și Regulament Local de Urbanism (RLU) aferent Zonă Construită Protejată pentru Ansamblul Cetății Aradului”

The beneficiary of the investment wishes to enhance the potential that the Arad Fortress Ensemble has. In this way, it can respond to all the factors of interest that a landscaped urban space can offer to the general public. The improvement of the quality of the environment can be conceived, on the one hand, through the improvement of the structure of the land. The improvement of the quality of life can be achieved through the rehabilitation and re-functionalization of this area, with modern, current architecture, with new zones. The "architectural cleanliness" of the space brings a positive contribution to the increase in the quality of life. The fortress for which the preparation of the urban planning documentation PUZ and the relevant RLU is desired, has an area of approximately 81 hectares, owned by the Municipality of Arad, with administrative rights the Local Council of the Municipality of Arad, and the Romanian State (93 square meters, with administrative rights STS). The contracting authority will respond, with 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, to requests for clarification addressed within the deadline provided in section I.1.
