France – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Concours restreint MISSION DE MAITRISE D’ŒUVRE RELATIVE A LA REHABILITATION ET L’EXTENSION D’UN BATIMENT POUR LA CRÉATION D’UN LIEU CULTUREL

This is a restricted procedure for a "Sketch +" design contest, in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1 2°, L.2172-1 and R.2172-1 to R.2172-2, R.2172-4, R.2172-6, R.2162-15 to R.2162-2, R.2162-22 and R2162-25 of the Public Procurement Code. The present consultation concerns the rehabilitation and extension of a building for the creation of a cultural space, on the site of the Centre Hospitalier Guillaume Régnier, in RENNES. The financial envelope allocated to the works by the contracting authority is set at 3 400 000 Euros H.T. including demolitions, rehabilitation and new construction, stage equipment and landscaping of the outdoor spaces (value September 2025). At the design contest stage, a "Sketch +" will be produced for the cultural space and the dedicated outdoor spaces (approaches to the facility and forecourt).
